Education

Thank you for I love you, thank you for understanding me, thank you for being there for me, but all thanks and praises go to Allah for making us meant to be for each other

What am I doing with my life, I have been mock by my family and friends countless of times, them hoping that one of there jokes would be taking serious and I turn my back on education, but why, I had the aspirations of being a teacher, all my life, but why, i realized my passion and goal in life is to save the world, like how our prophet did, that how he regretted to see a Jewish man pass away because he felt that he left a soul to escape him. How do you save the world then, you educate yourself, than others, which will produce a domino effect, and now what’s the best way to educate others... Let me see go into education where you have a significant impact on the kids life you teach.

I remember in grade 8, i had such a bad rep with teachers, I was always getting kicked out of class because i was always disrupting the class with jokes and yelling out the answers and other words i was the class clown, but one day i was sitting paying attention to my teacher when i kid behind me said i stupid joke my teacher looked at me and asked me to go to the principal office, i hated him soo much and i created a huge commotion of and claming injustice was done and I would not leave, luckily the bell rang for lunch, and my teacher asked me to stay, we started talking about my behaviour and why i acted the way i did. I told him that it wasn’t right of you to just judge me on my past and that you should have asked me, he looks at me and he says “your right” those two words changed how i acted in his class i gained overwhelming respect for him and always wanted to please him. I started to be the best student in his class, homework completed in time, on time for class, had good manners the whole works, i wished it translated to my other classes but that never happened till i encountered I B but that’s another story.

When i go back in look at my life and see how teachers made a difference in my life i feel this tremendous sense that i could have an positive impact on a kids life, that every semester that i teach 100 students if i can at least have a positive impact on one of their lives than I have made a difference and which inshallah will get me closer to Allah (SWT).

Allow Your Own Inner Light to Guide You

"There comes a time when you must stand alone.
You must feel confident enough within yourself to follow your own dreams.
You must be willing to make sacrifices.
You must be capable of changing and rearranging your priorities so that your final goal can be achieved.
Sometimes, familiarity and comfort need to be challenged.
There are times when you must take a few extra chances and create your own realities.
Be strong enough to at least try to make your life better.
Be confident enough that you won't settle for a compromise just to get by.
Appreciate yourself by allowing yourself the opportunities to grow, develop, and find your true sense of purpose in this life.
Don't stand in someone else's shadow when it's your sunlight that should lead the way." Unkown

"Three passions have governed my life: The longings for love, the search for knowledge, And unbearable pity for the suffering of [humankind].

Love brings ecstasy and relieves loneliness. In the union of love I have seen In a mystic miniature the prefiguring vision Of the heavens that saints and poets have imagined.

With equal passion I have sought knowledge. I have wished to understand the hearts of [people]. I have wished to know why the stars shine.

Love and knowledge led upwards to the heavens, But always pity brought me back to earth; Cries of pain reverberated in my heart Of children in famine, of victims tortured And of old people left helpless.

I long to alleviate the evil, but I cannot, And I too suffer.

This has been my life; I found it worth living. " By Bertrand Russell
